Checking Your Layouts and Images Before Printing
We assume that the images you upload are print-ready. If you have uploaded a design exported from third-party software, we will perform a visual once-over to check for any obvious design, colour, and tone issues as a complimentary service before placing your album in our print queue. Please note that while we do our very best, we cannot guarantee that we will catch every issue. However, please be aware that during our busiest periods, we may not have the capacity to visually check all designs.
Folio Albums Designer Templates
When you submit a design using our Folio Albums Designer, we do not check your layouts for alignment issues, as we already know that the templates are perfectly aligned by default.
Responsibility for Quality and Layout
For any files submitted to us, we ask that you take responsibility for ensuring that your images are of an acceptable quality and are laid out correctly on the page. While we make every effort to identify possible problems, we cannot accept responsibility for printing issues caused by poor layout or image quality.
