Indeed, Folio Albums provides worldwide shipping options. You can easily estimate shipping costs by adding an album to your cart and using the “ESTIMATE SHIPPING” feature. Our albums are categorised under the international harmonised tariff code 4901 99 00 [Books].
It’s important to be aware that import taxes or charges need to be paid by the recipient, so we strongly recommend checking the rates for your particular country.
After careful consideration, we have chosen to partner with DPD for most UK deliveries and DHL for remote UK and International destinations. We also offer Royal Mail tracked services for small items to offer a more cost-effective solution. If available in your region, you will have the option to select them during the checkout process. In addition to their exceptional service quality, we are proud to mention that our shipping options are entirely carbon neutral, thanks to the carbon offset initiatives employed by our chosen courier partners.
For the UK, we provide the option for next day delivery with online order tracking. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and vary based on your delivery address. Typically, mainland UK addresses have shipping rates starting at £7.95+VAT (DHL) and £8.95+VAT (DPD), with slightly higher rates for the Channel Islands and remote regions.
For the USA, we provide a flat-rate shipping fee of £15.00. Delivery is typically a 2 day turnaround, although certain remote areas may experience slightly extended shipping times, ranging from 3 to 4 working days, depending on the specific location and chosen shipping options.
Clients in Ireland, Europe, and worldwide destinations can select between Economy and Express shipping based on their preferences and availability. Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 2 working days, although specific locations may experience slightly longer delivery times, spanning from 3 to 4 working days. Shipping prices are calculated according to the package’s weight and destination address, which can be easily estimated by adding a book to your cart and using the “ESTIMATE SHIPPING” feature.
For customers located near our headquarters in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, we offer the option to collect your order directly from our HQ. We encourage this choice to reduce our carbon footprint. You can easily select this option during checkout.

We proactively offset any carbon produced from our business operations, reinforcing our pledge to sustainability and our responsibility towards a healthier planet.
We offer the flexibility to drop ship directly to your clients. During the ordering process, simply choose a different shipping address and provide the necessary contact details.
All our books are zero-rated for VAT. However, other products, such as presentation products, prints, and accessories, are subject to VAT. For customers outside the UK, no VAT is payable on any of our products. Please note that there may be import fees and country-specific VAT in accordance with destination country laws.
As a general practice, invoices are not included in the package. However, some countries outside the EU may require them for customs purposes. Whenever possible, we digitally supply this information to DHL for customs clearance.
If you require a VAT invoice, we provide it electronically. Rest assured, it will not be included inside the box.
We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and attention to detail, which means each product is carefully handcrafted to meet our high standards. Our standard production turnaround time for the Fine Art Album is 10 working days, with the Matted Album being 15 working days. Fine Art Prints are typically shipped in a few days, and other print products are 5 working days.
